Yup, I found rent.com yesterday. Great website! I have a couple of leads already.

Well, everyone, we are here! We found an apartment in Beaverton, by 160th and I-8.

Anyone want to go on a cruise?

Welcome to oregon. I like to call Beaverton, BeaverTRON - devoid of cultural relevance or appeal. It's a relatively convenient place to live as long as you work in town. Where is I-8? I've lived in Beaverton for years and I don't know what that is...

I'm up for a cruise just about anytime... Looks like there's gonna be a meet this weekend, too. You picked a good time to come out.

That's really close to me. I'm at 153rd and Millikan (just a bit north east of you)

BTW, Farmington is hwy 8, not I-8

Yeah. My wife was accepted to do her surgical residency at UC Irvine and we need to be settled there by mid-June. We had our offer on a house accepted but I'm still looking for a job down there. I might even telecommute for my current company for a few weeks to ease the transition if they're cool with that. We'll see.

Good luck. A residency is LA - that's got to drain the financial resources. Ouch!

We should all hook up before you leave, Steve.
