Default World One Meet

World One Performance would be a great place for a meet. It's located almost under the West Seattle Bridge and a short two miles from Alki Beach.

I checked the place out nice people, liked their prices and bought a Stoptech Big brake set.

Hey eveyone. I would love to do a BBQ so I can get to meet you guys. Hopefully the weather will start picking up so we can do it soon. Maybe we can BBQ here then maybe head down to Alki... Whatever you guys want to do is fine with me. I'm going to start playing with dates to see what will be best for you guys. Expect to see a poll about it soon. I'll let you guys choose the date. But in the mean time, go ahead and plan the other meet. No such things as too many car meets Oh and its fine if you guys just want to make it a Z and G only meet. Maybe I bring out our Skyline!

Hova

P.S. MEL! Good meeting you yesterday! Your car sounded great. Hopefully your BBK comes in soon! Control that beast

Seems like Hova's idea of a BBQ at W1 might be the best idea on the table so far. Any other suggestions from anyone?

Hova,

I was pretty much sold on your offer of a W1 BBQ until you mentioned karting. That would be a blast! I haven't been karting in months.

Which karting place were you thinking of? I know the managers of both SyKart in Tukwila and Champs in Georgetown. If this is something we wanna do I can talk to them about getting a group rate or soemthing w/o having to rent the whole place.

Do you guys mind an S2000 tagging along? I hope to be in a Z pretty soon but if you have a meet around the corner, I'll be there in my S.

Batman - Nice car. I saw yours at Global. I had the White/Red S2 with Hardtop there, if you happened to take a tour of the show.

Drivingsolo,

I still plan on having a BBQ even if we do a karting meet, XXX Burger meet, or whatever. I think a BBQ is a good way for everyone to just relax, eat, talk cars, and get to know each other. I'm actually going to try to plan the BBQ when I get to the office tommorow. I have to see when everyone at the shop will be least busy and when the BBQ will be best for everyone. Most likely, the BBQ will be on a Saturday unless people say other wise.

As for karting, I personally like the one next to south center. If you know the managers, then hook it up! Haha karting is so expensive but so damn fun. I wish I could just rent a track for you guys and let you guys go at it But anyways lets get a meet going. I'll try to figure out the details of the BBQ.

Hova

Hova,

What would you require from all of us to help out w/ a BBQ at W1? No one knows at this point how big of a group we may end up with, but I'm sure that a lot of us would be more than happy to help out to insure we can all have a good time.

Hmm well how about what day would be best for you guys? Saturday's are best for me because there will more parking at our facility. If you guys want to help out on food that would be great as well. Let me know what day will be best for you guys. I am hoping to do the BBQ in a few weeks. So let me know what day works best for you guys!

Hova
