heh-heh.... a cruise? The Tukwila / Kent / Renton area is very well known for other things when it comes to cars, but cruising isn't one of them . Maybe if the guys at Intec Racing and/or World One Performance are open late we can drop by to say hi, see what's new for the 350Z, shoot the breeze, ...sit around and drink some eggnog and sing X-mas carols, etc.... . Just a thought.

 

Ok I need some input . . . . I'll probably be around there a bit early to discuss some stuff with a friend, but WHERE do u guys wanna meet. We can meet @ World One and just go from there, or meet at the mall (it's close to South Center right?).

World One was be easiest for me to come.

This weather isn't conducive to cruising imo.

Any way to push back the Sykart time? Drivesolo, I can't get there until 8:30 as always.

 

I'm fine with whenever. Just want a time when everybody can meet up and hang out.

 

+1. Later in the evening works better for me, so 8:30PM is okay by me, but I'll go with whatever the majority of the group wants. We can hang out at Sykart or at any of other places near by. I'll be up to doing 2 or 3 races that evening as long as others in the group are up to it.

 

Earlier is better for me...I'll probably work until I take off for this meet (I'll be working in Seattle on the 21st)...I'd also be up for a drive (I still haven't found too many good roads around here) - I also don't mind the rain...much eaisier to wag the tail and doesn't wear down my tires as much.

There are a plenty of good roads and drives around. IMO the roads that are worthy of driving are the ones further out; Chuckanaut Dr., SR20, Hwy 165 (south of Carbonado), Hwy 505 to JRO, and NF-99. But... this is a topic for future meets once the weather turns warm and dry again.

 

So I think I will drive up with a few friends before hand. Will be at Sykart @ a bit before 8:00pm . . . . and wait for everyone else there.

BUT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MEET UP EARLY FOR DINNER/CRUISE/WHATEVER - WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE IN THAT AREA? I don't know the area at all.

Cool. I'll met you guys at Sykart at 8PM.

That area isn't much for cruising, it's mostly light industry and commercial businesses. You'll probably encounter more traffic than anything. Lots of places to go eat though. If my plans for dinner fall through, I'll see if I can join you earlier.

You just gotta pickup skiing or boarding. Went to Whistler 2 weeks ago, Baker last weekend, and goin' up to Whistler again this weekend. gyeah...
