what time is considered "early" sounds like parking is going to be vicious

there's actually a lot of parking stalls if you come early... like say 9am. there's also parking in the upper levels as well but that would really defeat the point of having a meet if you're up there.

My suggestion:

We meet at one of the parking lots at Northgate mall (Have they finished the parking garage yet?) around 8:30AM and leave for Golden Gardens as one group at 9AM.

Prior to meeting at Northgate we can caravan in 3 samller groups; one coming from the North, one from the South and one from the East. We meet at Northgate for some introductions and pictures. Then we roll as one BIG caravan into Golden Gardens together. This way we can park in relatively close proximity to each other when we get there.

the parking garage is not complete yet. it might take a while. parking is pretty disorganized there. maybe move it to the North or South end of the mall. there's a McDonald's and Starbucks nearby (across from I5).

not sure if i can make. i could be in hawaii. but if i go i can take you guys down to GG. we can take the hwy or scenic route.

I've been to Hawaii twice or three times now (I can't remember). Awesome place. Great to drive and cruise in a convertible if you have one.

That's perfect! During your lay-over you can head out and pick up a whole bunch of JDM Z stuff while you're there.

Ahhhh... now I see... you had this planned all the time.

If you want to park in a large group I would arrive by 9am.

We will have some sort of food ready that early.

Remember NWN club members eat free!

Ok, let's get back on track here. Let's figure out a place to meet that right off the freeway, close to GG, and really easy to find. Northgate is a good suggestion, but you'd need to nail down a specific area, such as the park 'n ride lot on the Southside, in front of Toys 'R Us on the Southside, by Red Robin on the Eastside, etc...?

That sounds like a good idea, but first answer this:

Will you be joining us at that time or will you be sleeping in a beach front bungalow in Maui?
