Take your car to Alan Webb Nissan?
I'll cut to the chase... I don't know if this is against board rules or not, but I had a horrible enough experience I'm posting here.

On September 7th 2006, I hit a curb with my 350z. I had my car towed to Alan Webb Nissan for repair. (In Vancouver WA)
I informed them of my modifications and provided the dealer list to replace the oil pan and intercooler that were damaged. I was told there weren't any problems and they would handle the job.
They lied to me on no less then three times about the parts status of my car, (and admit to misinforming me on my BBB complaint) and also broke verbal agreements to keep my car indoors at night because my expensive modifications.
After sitting at their shop for 69 days without ordering parts. (However as I stated above, they lied to me so I thought parts were on order.) They called to tell me that they would not be able to fix my vehicle because of all the custom modifications.
So, I had to tow my car elsewhere and I still don't have it back... Because the whole process had to be started again.
So there you have it... Buyer beware. You can look up my Better Business Bureau complaint if you like. They have done nothing to correct the errors or compensate for all the wasted time.
I have an itemized list of complaints and all the things they lied to me about, as well as LOST when they disassembled my car partially. And I also have the QUOTE where they were trying to fix items that the second repair shop found were not damaged. (I must assume it is extreme incompetences or they were intentionally going to defraud the insurance company, I don't know for sure.)
So there you have it... My 70 days of hell in dealing with them.
If I can catch the ear of 5 people and steer them clear of them it will be a little vindication. Short of retaining a lawyer I've exhausted all methods of justice I am aware of.

The internet is a great equalizer. Hundreds will read your post and it seems you have documented it well enough to have credibility. Sad story. Hopefully your insurance gave you some compensation for the wait.
