"Good" hand only carwashes in Seattle/Bellevue?
I found this shop via google and actually tried them out http://plushautodetail.com/_Wash_Services.asp
They are off 106th in Bellevue, in a corner of a parking garage. A simple wash +tire cleans ~15 bucks... I was happy with the job. I live in an apartment so I too was looking for a nice spot to get my car washed for me, I'll prolly go back to these guys.

I'm not really setup for a full wash, I use a rinseless wash product and lug 5 gallon buckets of water down to my parking space to wash in my apartment's garage. I don't think they'd take kindly to me constantly bring cars in for washes
