SIR [PR] Thursday, July 26th HPDE track day
Hey guys, I have a little mounting bracket for a camcorder that I made a couple years ago, it fits around the headrest rods. If anyone wants to borrow it (supply your own camcorder) just let me know. You'll have to come pick it up in Bothell though.

Yeah, they enforce the 'dress code'. I had a set of Mechanix gloves once and they were not cool w/ me using it so I ended up using some leather work gloves. Wasn't too bad in September weather. It would be nice this at this time of year w/ just bare hands in a t-shirt and shorts, but they'll have a lot of bottled water there so just stay hydrated.

just got back from the track
...WOW, PR is lots of fun - turns 5a-5b-6 are a great combination! I hit around 135-140 MPH at the end of the straight going into turn 1...I could have gone a bit faster, but always slowed down to around 130 for turn 1 - it's too scary going that fast w/ bumps in turn 1
I met G35soul out there in his cvic - he was fly'n! I had originally thought it was going to be in OE trim...I was mistaken!
I'll try downloading some of the videos this weekend and will post them up.
*Although the alpha club is slow to respond - their events are run on schedule, very safe, and the ppl there were all nice. I plan to do future events w/ them.

Here are a couple of pics from the event. I have to say....this was my first time with NWARC and I was thoroughly impressed with the organization of the event. I have to give those guys a lot of credit! I wish I could've represented for Nissan with my G, but I had to show Honda some love
first350....Peter, it was great to meet you bro. You really picked up on the track fast! I wish I had a stop watch because you got quicker & quicker after each lap! You chased down everyone in Group C & a bunch in B!
Soopa G ..... I didn't get a chance to meet you, but your G looked great out there! I got to ride passenger side with my instructor in his IS300 and see you blister through the turns! I gotta say, you take turn 2 with some *****.
