that mand is genious... having lived all over the US i will say the worst drivers i have ever encountered by far would be in washington... the second worst... wisconsin... wisconsin ppl dont have too much as for traffic and left lane issues... they just dont know when its their turn to go from a stop sign

Don't know 'bout you guys, but I've developed a technique I can't describe with words, for passing slow pokes on the right. Never gotten pulled over by a cop, let alone getting a ticket, for that matter!
