Ok, so this address is an apartment complex called Archstone Harbour Pointe. I'm guessing they no longer live there, based on when it was posted in threads on those other forums. Mentioned several times as far back as 2000, this apartment is probably where Ty lived with his Mom for several years.
Leasing office here doesn't look as good as the other, so I don't think we'll be seeing pics of Ty's car in front of here:

This is the actual home here. Who's that standing in the driveway in front of the Ford?

The picture that he took in front of the apartments was around 30th of January (that is when he posted them)
So I'm assuming he should live somewhere in the area in order to know about them apartments. He might even live in that complex.

Why don't we all just drive over there and pay him a visit? We could make a meet out of it. Stop by Red Robin in South Center, have a few burgers and some fries, drive over to his house and just do work on his lawn... But seriously we should all drive over there....
