i said no... but i was not aware of that having moved here recently.... ive had 2 cars searched in the past in different states

 

it is pretty recent. whu do you think there are no sobriety check points on highways anymore. they cannot pull you over without reasonable suspicion, and that is the considerably debetable if cops have one many time, but however, thats so far ok with legislators. in fact, cops in order to ask for search, they would need a probably cause - where they can base an arrest later on. but in the most instances the answer of a search is no, unles if you blow by the cop with 120mph, which pretty much means you've doubled the speed limit which is a fellony.
