I do most of my stuff on Base (civilian with limited benefits-CBP); Ft. Bucha-
nan, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Personnel there are knowledgeable, friendly, and not greedy (one must always treat them, to keep 'em friendly!). Tools, hy-
draulic lifts, used oil disposal units...Everything's there, guys! They will even
provide transportation to the nearest PepBoys, Autozone or any other auto parts store, FOR FREE, should you need parts! You just tip 'em nicely. Can't beat that deal!
