Yeah, like I said, it's more that they just don't really fit my style.

What were you thinking of with more lip?

 

gloss black GT-S...like the set you and I got back that I used to own.

 

GT-S are nice but I think Scott wants something no one else has. I say go for the GramsLIGHT 57s Pro Titan!!!!!!!!!!

 

I think the GT-S are the gonna look the best on an orange vert...

Hey, if you don't like black spokes...no big deal. Volk's Ti Gunmetal is nice, and not too dark. Or the Burning Black finish on Work wheels. There's always silver too.

Off the top of my head, I like ones like the Work T1S/VS-XX/VS-KF, Volk GT-S/GT-V/SF-Challenge, Enkei GTC01/RPF1 Type RC, AME TM-02, SSR MS1.

 

I think the Titan lip and RMC (Rays Metal Coating) will look baller on a convertable - bling but also performance driven.

When it comes to wheels, you got a .01% chance of getting the ones you want "used". I only got that lucky once. For my Meisters I had to buy them brand new to get the correct size, color, and offsets.

Unless you wanna switch out wheels all the time or wait a long time for luck, I say Scott should just start the order now. It's gonna take 3 months to get it if they don't have it in stock.

 

I really like the Titan lip, but it's just too many colors on an already bright color like Lemans Sunset. I have a feeling Scott wouldn't like SBC/RMC type finishes, since it looks like chrome.

Alvin's right about chances of finding a used set that would be perfect for you in every way: finish, specs, condition, tire model/sizes, etc... Look at how many times he and I change wheels. To this day, I've still never been 100% satisfied, although I've had 2-3 sets that I liked better than the rest.
