My friend who has an EVO X had a little install day yesterday. He installed an AEM intake on his car and I installed the Injens on mine. Took a lot longer than I expected, but this is the first time I've worked on this car so I took my time while sippin on some coronas. Intakes look sexy in the bay, and although I haven't really smashed since the install they sound good. From up the street my friends said there was a nice growl. Can't wait to get test pipes or high flow cats to make it a bit louder, and who know maybe I'll switch to a different exhaust.

I live in University Place/tacoma. I was in Renton and Bellevue Saturday but not Northgate

I think intakes generally sound the best at higher rpms, I think you are in for a surprise once you stomp down on the gas..
