While I agree with you, in Oregon you can actually drive 10 over or more on I-5 and not get a ticket. I have two speeding tickets in my whole life - and both of them were issued in Washington. And I've never even lived or spent any significant time there. The WSP = ticket ****'s.

Dude, I get those in AZ all the time. Easy to dispute all you have to say is that you weren't driving. Then they have to summon you to court to tell who it was and they never do. Didn't know they have them on 5 now. Better watch out. In AZ just keep your visor down cause they snap your face. I actually sold them the SAN that contains the data and got the whole lowdown
