LMAO. You may have to rip the bi's and tri's to keep up with your deltoids. Think about doing more reps with lighter weights and do alot of calisthetics. Helps with the speed and power. Getting too big means you'll be strong but slower movements. In fact, try all different positions for push ups and do various pull ups and chin ups. Best way to get usable muscles is to use your own body weight.

Xtrmspd...dude, you sound like my cousin who used to be a trainer at the WAC. I'm a lazyass when it comes to hittin' the weights. I need to be more disciplined. I'd rather be in the garage building a motor...LOL

Been working out since 7th grade and have gone through various trials and errors. Read quite a bit on different techniques and nutrition. Used to put in 4 hrs per day after work and caculated my intake and read contents on the food package before buying. But I havn't worked out for 2.5 yrs. Work too much now and haven't had time. But I've got less than 2 months to get back into shape, Turkey Bowl coming up.
