WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's just wrong.
If a cop can't buy his own car, then they shouldn't be driving cars that have been confiscated. That's BS. We spend our hard earned, or stolen, money to buy these cars and modify. Why should they be able to drive something they can't afford themselves.

Not to be outdone, the richer city next door, Birmingham, picked up this:

A couple months ago there was a newer white Toyota Tundra with full light kit pulling people over in the South end. Turns out the guy was a police imposter and finally got busted for "searching" his female victims.
How are we supposed to know if these pimped out rides are real cops or some fake wannabe trying to feel you up or jack you?

B) If you do that with real cops you're asking for all sort of trouble. First time I hear about this type of "acceptable practice".
A) I am not sure why anyone hasn't gone balistic on your azz for saying that racing is not a crime. Last time I checked it was if done on public road.s

As for (b), I have to clarify that it is in Michigan. I don't know about here. But I don't htink they can really fault you for making sure that the person following is actually a cop. It's not as though you're trying to run from them. You've acknowledged that you know they are they are there and slowed down and indicated that. Could be a different story here though.
Nobody went ballistic because he didn't on the street. But, yes, on the street it sure as **** is.

Easy there sport. First of all, if you're scared of speed, then you're obviously driving the wrong car.
Second, racing is not a crime (fool) it's just illegal. If every law was a crime, then i'm quite sure you have committed a crime a few times. Like not wearing your seat belt. And don't tell me you have never had a drink or two or three and got behind the wheel.
So, as far as someone going balistic on me, why don't you give me your best shot tough guy.

[quote=sdbarker;6474707]So you're saying if you don't wear your seatbelt or wear your helmet when riding a motorcycle, then it's a crime???? How many ppl have gone to jail for not wearing a helmet or a seatbelt????
Yes. That's exactly what I'm saying. I don't know how many people have gone to jail for that, if any. Generally speaking, it's not a crime that's enforced by jail time.
