Default Oregon DEQ question

Does anyone know the cutoff for the "sniffer" test in OR? I'm looking into a project 240 and might be swapping in an RB. I know when I had my SR240 ('93) it had to be tested but I didn't know If I should look towards an S14. I know they didn't test my WRX which would've failed miserably. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it has to have the newer C.A.N. (Controller Area Network) emission system instead of the plain OBD2.

Crap so it doesn't matter if it's an S13/14 It's gonna be a B**** to pass emissions with an RB swap. I might just have to register it where it doesn't need emissions. Thanks.
