Yes, but they also have an extensive collection of other cars that far exceed $100k. And nobody said they wouldn't "bother" with a car under $100k. Re-read the posts. You said "I would much rather take a tricked out car under $100k than a $100k car"... all I said is the only people who would "much rather take a tricked out car under $100k" are people who can't afford the cars that are over $100k. Especially if you are dumping $70k into a $30k car.

As for the statement "Everyone and their mother has a Ferrari" yeah, I'm sure there are more Ferrari's around than 350Z's.... rofl

if bill gates gave me $100k i would use it toward down payment on a house over a car.

people just have different priorities. sure i can spend $4k on a set of wheels and a body kit, but i don't because i'm not a show queen and i have other hobbies that i enjoy more. another thing is i don't have to worry about living paycheck to paycheck. i can go wherever i want and do whatever i please because i don't have $4k on a car just to impress high school boys

i didn't say if you had 100k you'd get a 100k car. having 100k and blowing it all on a car and being able to afford a 100k car are 2 completely different thing. if all you have is 100k and you blow all of it on a car, you're a dumb a$$ and need to get your head checked out.

and i wasnt speaking about every person under the sun either, i was referring to car enthusiasts, its just that most of them (us) are to stubborn to admit it

I never said there was more Ferrari's than 350Z; however the Ferrari F430 is the car of choice in seattle when it comes to high end cars. I base this on Cars and Coffee on Main St. ever saturday morning., TripleXXX shows, and going to events with CarNutz/ParkPlace.

And honestly if I could have any car, I would go with either the RX7 or NSX with the Veilside Fortune Kit. For some reason that kit makes me drool.

I know the owners of all of those cars that attend that meet. I wouldn't say there are more F430's than there are other exotics. There are plenty of other Ferrari's, Lambo's, Porsche's etc. at the Cars & Coffee event.

So which group of cool kids do I get to hang out with; the ones with $4k worth of rims, or the ones that didn't pay $4k for rims?

who ever said that a 100k+ car has to be an F430? there are plenty of other cars in that price range...

if i was buying a 100k+ car, it wouldn't be an F430 (unless i could afford the scuderia, but thats like 250k or so)

You get to hang around the ones that stole 4k worth of rims

When you get yours just lead them to Drew's house so they don't steal yours !
