The success of each individual's case, probably depends on each individual's ability to deal with the dealer.

I doubt you will be able to walk in there and say "lemon law" and expect them to give your money back. Not really in the dealer's best interest.

You probably have to research the law, understand it and apply it to your own situation.

Holy ****! sorry to hear the man. yeah kinda takes the fun out of it that for sure. Nissan has some of the worst warranty customer service ever!

actually, lemon law isn't on the dealership, it's on the manufacturer. Dealership just takes the car. nissan will pay the customer. 3 motors is a very legitimate claim. When you purchased your vehicle, you should have gotten information in your packets about lemon law. It's its own booklet and should say something like "supplement to owners manual/warranty booklet" or something like that on it. That is all about your rights as a consumer for each state as it pertains to the lemon law. Read up on that info, then call Nissan and start the process. Hope this info helped.

having the same problem with mazda speed 3... great car up until about a month ago 20k miles... turbo just decides to randomly not spool or something ... its been in the shop 3 times in the past month to get re-flashed .... when this happens the car drives like a turd... under any load it barley moves and backfires like none other
