You are right Hai. They actually have that exact style in a Forged wheel, its not on their website, however.

Why is that an advantage? It would just be an SS jacket over the outer lip. Quality chrome is pretty durable too, but I'm guessing the Sevas isn't? I've never seen them crack on the outer lip. It's always the inner barrel or multiple spokes.

Chrome is thinner and more susceptible to chipping off. Stainless is thicker and almost impossible to chip off. It is also slightly easier to polish minor scratches out, but is slightly softer and more susceptible to scratches. A chrome wheel also is chromed all over, and then painted, while a wheel with a stainless lip is only on that portion of the wheel, so you can still have a brushed finish on the spokes, which you cannot do with chrome wheels

Just mounted mine.

Going to do a photoshoot once I get my car detailed this weekend hopefully. I will post up better pictures then.
