I saw the 370z today at Performance Nissan. It was interesting to see how the dealer was trying to convince me how much better looking and performing the 370z was. I did not take any pics, simply b/c the dude that was "introducing" the car to me had begun annoying me. I have a hard time distinguishing the car form a BMW Z4 M coupe. It kinda looks the same. It was parked next to a 2008 nismo and it looked substantially wider. IMO good car, but i wouldn't trade my 350z.

Thanks Zimo, now I know I would have to build another garage just to house this behemoth. Don't think a R35 GTR would fit either. Good stuff..

you should build a Jay Leno type warehouse garage.

you and everybody else in the world. i hope they produce a lot in the yellow and Monterrey blue just cause they're vibrant and different. i'm tired of silver cars. mercedes ruined it for me in the late 90s.

I checked out both white ones at wilsonville nissan and a silver one at beaverton nissan. All Touring with sport package 41K(beaverton) and 46K(wilsonville). I will post pictures, the 370Z does look better in person, blind spot sucks cuz you cant even see out of the rear quarter window, trunk space is definitely smaller, have like no headroom (i am 6'1"), interior is very nice, but I felt too big for the car kinda caustrophobic. Going to test drive next week. Also, at beaverton nissan they are offering 1.9% APR on 350Z Nismo or 2500 cash back.

Oh, btw the salesmen at the dealer thought my 350 was a 370 when I pulled up. I found that funny

Overall I think the 370Z is a great looking car in person inside and out. Just doesn't feel as spacious as the 350Z. Plus what the hell is up with the speakers being up on the dash? Such a bad place to put them!

I test drove the 370Z earlier today. I really like the interior, minus the gas gauge. The one I drove was an automatic. But that was the only one they had. I asked the salesman why they even make automatic sports cars. His answer was, "after you get used to it, you don't even mind." Car salesmen FTMFL. When I first walked up, my only intention was to look at it. He came out of the showroom to talk to me. He says, "Wanna take it for a test drive? You don't have to buy it." Then, OF COURSE, once the test drive is over he wants to go over my finances to see if I can buy it. I'm like, "I don't want an automatic, remember?" I thanked him for his time and left with him running after me trying to get my phone number so he could "follow up" with me. If every sales position acted the way car salesmen do, I'd never buy anything.

I drive an automatic, I don't mind the new 7spd Automatic transmission even though I haven't driven it. It's nice to be able to put it in manual mode or automatic whenever you'd like especially in traffic since Portland Metro Areas is getting worse every year.

All 3 at Wilsonville Nissan and the 1 at Beaverton were Automatic as well. I asked Jay where are the manuals and he said they are on there way. I say go talk to Jay at Beaverton Nissan very honest man and won't hassle you, he even recommended me to wait a year for the 2010 model. Plus where the hell are the crash test ratings on any of the 370's on the lot. I asked all the salesman and they DIDNT EVEN NOTICE

I told Wilsonville nissan salesman that they'll never sell the 370Z at $46,000 and I told Jay at Beaverton nissan that they won't sell the 370Z at 41K. Beaverton Nissan doesn't even want to get rid of the one they have in the show room until the more arrive. Also got to sit in the GT-R
