I use to go to The Zone and have been to Kell's a couple times. RIP to any victims minus the *** clown that shot everyone.
PORTLAND -- Two people were killed and seven others injured in a shooting outside two Portland nightclubs Saturday night.
Witnesses said the gunman opened fire near Kell’s Irish Pub and The Zone around 10:30 p.m.
Then, the gunman turned the gun on himself. He survived and was taken to an area hospital with critical injuries.
As for the others, police said one victim died on the way to the hospital and another died at the scene. Police said the seven survivors were at area hospitals Sunday, but no details were released about their conditions.
Investigators are still trying to determine the motive behind the shooting.
The gunman’s identity has not yet been released.

The Zone? I know where Kell's is so The Zone must be that under-ager dance club, formerly known as The Quest? What a shitty thing to do. I hope someone at the hospital takes it upon themselves for some vigilante justice.

They took that into consideration and he has 24hr security (ironic isn't it) protect the guy that unleashes this on innocent people.

Foreign exchange students from Peru, France and Italy studying in Oregon are among Saturday night's shooting victims, authorities say.
Police, who have not released the names of the nine people shot outside a busy under-age nightclub, say they are trying to contact the victims' families.
Two young women died in the shootings.
Homicide detectives say they can find no indication that the man who shot nine people standing in front of the Zone nightclub and Kells Irish Restaurant and Pub had a relationship with the victims.
After shooting the nine, the man shot himself. He is in critical condition along with two of his victims.
One female victim died at the scene and another died at the hospital, according to police. Two victims have been released from the hospital, and three others are in stable condition but still being treated.
"A lot of these are juvenile victims,'' Portland police Detective Mary Wheat said. "We have poeple involved in this from all over."
The foreign students were studying in Oregon through Rotary Club foreign-exchange programs, authorities said.
Police recovered the gun used in the shooting.
Victims were taken to OHSU Hospital and Legacy Emanuel Hospital & Medical Center.
At about 10:30 p.m. last night, a man began shooting people standing on the sidewalk in front of The Zone nightclub at Southwest Second Avenue and Pine Street, said Wheat, a Portland police spokeswoman.
William Kennedy, 17, with Team Promotions , said he was inside The Zone club , talking by the bar near the front entrance when he heard gunshots above the blaring hip-hop music. Kennedy said he ducked under a bar ledge, and when the gunfire subsided, he looked out front.
"I just see two girls down, laying outside. Two pairs of feet by the front doorway,'' Kennedy said. "They had just been waiting outside on line to get in.''
He said he saw the club's DJ outside administering CPR to one of the victims. Kennedy said he heard at least five gunshots.
Kennedy said he spends each weekend at the club promoting the musical entertainment. He said an 18-year-old performer, who dances at the club and was also waiting outside, was shot in the leg.
"I don't know if I'm going to come back. That's scary stuff,'' Kennedy said as he nervously dragged on a cigarette outside the club as police interviewed witnesses and examined the crime scene.
