Yeah I just got off the phone with her, she's waiting on a call back from the loan company. I think I should force my loan company for some new set of wheels for the trouble they put me through.

Regardless of who the car's title or who's name the loan is in, you can pay it directly. Just mail in a check every month to the lender. You should get the bills mailed directly to, if you live somewhere other than where the vehicle is registered to. Even without the bills though, you can still make the payments once you get the correct loan # and payment address for the lender.

Thanks for the help. After this is resolved I'll make sure to get the correct loan # and such so I can just pay the bills, or like most of you suggested I might just go with the auto payment route... I just got back from the yard where they took my car. It just looked so depressing with a wrecked Civic sitting next to it, and with all these other cars just in this haggard a$$ gravel parking lot...

Anybody wanna go rescue the Z from the yard? We'll bust in and stealz the Z back from Bobs Towing/Seattle Recover on Lake City Way... haha

sounds like a mistake on the banks part....talk to them and of course make them pay to get the car back to where they took it from...

Get copies of all the cancelled checks that the loan company cashed.

seems odd that after 1 or 2 months you would get repo'd.....and even still, I'm sure all you would have to pay to get the car back would be the delinquent amount and towing/storage charges.

But if you are all current with the payments and this is thier error.....they deserve to get slapped with a trout.

You should use your wooden sword as negotiating tool.

Whoa... I still havn't got the car back. I'm getting a lawyer because they took my car out of my driveway during the middle of the night without a notice or leaving a note. I have a feeling this is going to take a little longer then I thought, so I'm going down to the impound for two things, to see if they took my car out for a joyride, and to write down the mileage of my car so I know if they drove it or not. I miss my car way too much right now.... =[ Well, now the Loan company wont even answer my calls, and there is no point for me to walk in there and be like what's up, because the car isn't in my name and their not supposed to give me any information.....

If all else fails, I'm gonna have to bring out the wooden sword and do some brutal beheading.

edit: anybody wanna burn this place down with me? or rob them, then burn it down? we'll split the money... http://www.mountaincrestcu.com/

You should knock on the door and punch the first person who opens it right in the mouth.
