Yeah, they are **** mods over there. I was almost banned for bumping a 4 year old meet thread in the Oregon section because I wanted to show others what the NWN Oregon meets USED to be like.

Wow, that PM was from a mod?? What an ***.
He could have asked you nicely to not bump old threads, but no. Just trying to strut his power. Douche.

Oh, there's definately NWN nuthuggers over there. I don't think anyone from this board though.

I believe it's fair to say that we've outgrown the Golden Gardens meet. I liked it because it used to be the first time in the year we really got together and did stuff. Like coming out of hibernation. But now we've got a pretty active group that gets together more frequently, so I think it just serve the same purpose (at least for me) as it used to. It's too much hassle to get up early, have the car ready, convoy over, deal with parking, etc. I might go next year, and if I do, I'll sleep in and show up late. Probably park on the side of the road somewhere and walk through, say hi to the people I know and head back out. But I doubt I'll "do" Golden Gardens again.

After all the BS lately, I'd have to answer no. I think I was one of the last, just because of history.

I mentioned something similar to a few people that day, too. If we do go to another NWN met (GG, Marymoor, etc...) we should still do a pre-meet, but plan it for a later time. No need to rush to get there early. In fact, it's better if we arrive later, so we can box other people in, instead of being boxed in again.

we should all show up with our cars covered in blue painters tape......all of us.

I'll even take my Old-skool Crager slotted mags and put them on the Z just I can fit in with the 240's.
