How about some details? Time? Cost? Safety reqs? etc...

EDIT:

Just realized Bremerton doesn't have a road course, just drags. I am now disinterested. However that information could be useful for others.

Bremerton does have a road course! it is organized by car clubs. Safety would be the same - run faster then 14's(14's below) need a helmet. Time: just like Travis has stated the usual 8am. Cost: should be 50-60 bucks. Travel: the best thing to do is to take Kingston ferry or Seattle to Bremerton. It is a pretty easy place to go and race. Just have a helmet and you are good. In comparison, to other raceways such as Pacific, Bremerton is much easier to get in.
BTW, i am skipping since i think that this track is not the best for drags(which is the test and tune).

I can't find an aerial on their site, and looking at this (http://www.tinyurl.com/d88v7m) it still doesn't look like it.

But, if there is an actual road course, I am more interested.

looks like they use the airstrip and make a course....nothing like pacific...but should be something fun anyway.

it's a small road course. Couple of good turns supplemented by couple of cone-created curves, nothing special. Go check it out. It's good ferry ride and fun drive there on the peninsula. Not too many cops around
