Anyone needs a 19 inch computer monutor?
SOLD
I recently upgraded to a couple of wide screen monitors and now got this awesome 19 inch Sony laying around collecting dust.
Sony XBrite SDM-HS95P/B 19"
Specifications:
Size: 19 Inches
Resolution: 1280x1024
Viewing angle: 160 Degrees
Brightness: 400 CD/m2
Contrast Ratio: 550:1
Dimensions (height x depth x width in inches): 16.5 x 8.5 x 17.1
Screen is in great shape. Not a single scratch anywhere and not a single burned pixel.
Monitor is quite old (Manufactured bout 5 years ago) but still one of the best 19" monitors out there.
Sears still sells them for $449
Link
I'm obviously not looking for that kind of money, gimme $150 (or your reasonable offer) for it and I'll be a happy man
I got everything that it originally came with (cable, cd, box)
Some pix

30 more bucks get you a 22" refurb. but it's still warrantied.

Dell displays aren't bad at all.
If you prefer something else in the $150 range, you can look at any manner of manufacturers (LG, Samsung, Viewsonic) brand new displays in the 19"-22" range.
I think that Tito's point still stands; $150 for a 5 year old used monitor with no warranty (anda 12ms response time) is a bit steep (regardless of what Sears has to say).

dell displays are actually very nice and have out lived a lot of other brands at my work.
I think 75$ ish is a more reasonable goal for that monitor dude. it's old enough to the point where you have to worry a little about life span. contrast ratio is not that amazing, the viewing angle could be better etc. when I built my gf's rig I bought one of these old monitors off of her brother and saved some money, it's not a bad looking display, it looks good on her desk and the color and back lighting are both nice, but I think we paid 50$ (family hook up!), but I still wouldn't have paid too much for due to age/specs.

LOL just noticed that Sony is made in China. I agree, a 5 year old 19" monitor for $150? you crazy man. $50-75 is probably a much more reasonable number but I don't need one anyways. GLWS.
I did say that I'm taking offers didn't I
And as far as Dell.............IMO it's still **** and you'll never catch me looking into one of those crappy things for more then a minute.
I'm Samsung and Sony fan for the rest of my life.
My eyes are just to valuable for me to be burning them up on DELL.

It' don't mean that it's crap all of de sudden.
If company demands quality from their products.........they get quality, no matter where it's built.........China or space.

+... 2? I have a pair of Viewsonics that I love. I'm also, though, considering a REGZA for a 3rd if I can find one for a reasonable price. But, Samsung also has some killer displays.
Old monitors are good for only one thing: target practice. At least, that's what I was thinking when I first saw this thread title. Flat screen FTW. GLWS.
