hmm i guess thoes 2 are the best then?
what about car nutz in bellevue?
and the 2 that everyone says to go to.. it seems like they are private? do they install at their home or something?
just worried "IF" they mess up and scratch a rim up.. would they cover for it?

are these gonna be wheels for show only? cause you are overly paranoid about something happening to them if they're not. besides, they're gonna get nicked up from road debris over time anyways. you have to be extremely careless and working in a fast paced environment (i.e. tire shop) for a wheel to get scratched, nicked etc. at a small place like the 2 listed, they're not in a hurry to turn out your wheels so they can work on the next minivan or suv that's waiting for new tires also. they have the ability to take their time and produce a quality service. i used to work at a discount tire a long time ago and i know for a fact it is rare for a wheel to get damaged from mounting unless the tools used are beat up or the person doing the work rushes through it.

I used to go to Dependable Wheel Repair in Renton all the time. They do good work, but they keep raising their prices. I've used Cascade Wheel Repair once, so I'm probably going to be using their services now, since they also do great work, and prices seem to be more reasonable.

i don't know. i dropped off a new set of volks and when i picked them up all 4 of the stickers were missing. the only thing left were the sticker residue
. it might not matter to some but when you have 5 other sets of wheels it's kinda difficult to remember their sizes, and more difficult to resell them later on. don't get me wrong. i still went back there 2 times after that. they were cheaper wheels so it didn't matter much.

Both do great work in a timely manner, so with that being the same, it's a easy decision for me now.
Try Seattle Wheel Service. Small shop, but they do great job plus they have a machine that balances the wheels with pressure. Basically its balanced as if it were on the car.
I have 20's and it cost me 30 per wheel and they don't charge to discard the old tires.

My friend actually referred me there recently. He's sent countless sets of wheels there through his shop, and apparently they do a good job with reasonable pricing. I have yet to try them out, so don't have any specifics or review yet.
It's best to call them up and make an appointment, even though they say come by any time.
My brother in law and myself have used them and they take care of your wheels. At this point in time, they are the only one I use for any wheels. I had a little rash on the inside of the wheels (meaning opposite of the visible side) and they smoothed it out for free. Besides, you have a friend who has sent quite a few wheels over there and no problems.
