June 27th - Cruise to the Oregon coast
June 27th - next Saturday is the Z car "Cruise to Lincoln City" driving event.
Sponsered by Northwest Z car club here are the following details:
We will be meeting at the Bladock rest area just south of Canby Oregon on Interstate 5 at 9:00am and leaving at 9:30am on Saturday June 27th. We will head off to Lincoln City, have lunch at Richens restaurant and head back to Portland. For the Salem folks who should like to take that nice road thru Independence , we will stop at the Burgerville (Burger King?) in Monmouth on Hwy 99 about 10:15 or so for a short break. For you folks from the Eugene and Corvallis area, we should be at the intersection of Hwy 22 and the Kings Valley Hwy about 11:15 or so. From there we will head to the coast and then north on 101 to Lincoln city arriving around noon for lunch. Please reply to this email and let us know if you plan on attending so we can get a head count for lunch!
Should be a good turn out of Z cars.
See you guys there!

Hey..... I'm just posting what is on Northwest Z's website. But think about it: the start points of each of these drives is about 450 miles apart from each other - in completely different States. Z car owners can choose the Z car cruise closest to them and, in some cases, save hundreds of miles just to drive to a Z car event....
