All you guys that PM'd about the roof.....Most places I called to do it for me wanted $250 - $275 for vinyl and installation. I drove up to Western Wholesale in Kent and purchased 2 yards of their premium grade black vinyl for right at $40.00 and another $8 for a felt lined squeegee to prevent scratches while installing it. Its not as bad as it looks as long as your patient and take your time. Let me know if ou need help and I will try to make it around to you.
Roof does look pretty sick How do the vinyl hold up? 3-5 years right?
Vendor says it is supposed to hold up a minimum of 5 years with the proper care (mild soap and wax), realistically I figure if your get 2-3 years out of it you have done well. Most likely by then I think most people will be tired of it and ready for a change anyways. At any rate, I like the way it turned out though.
