yea i guess you have to do the steps perfectly? do get the bing part to work.
but even without the bing part.. its a good price. 437 shipped dosnt sound too bad.
but i didnt have any problem with the bing money coming back.
after 48hrs it should up in my bing account as pending. and now just have to wait 60days lol.

Well good luck to you. hope it shows up. Its one of the best radar so you should be happy anyways. they sell for 500 bucks in stores
