I dont really worry about the little things in life, like a scratched rim, i care way more about my family and friends etc. they scratched a rim, they told me about it, i may not have even noticed it, they made sure to come to me and let me know what the procedure was going to be, swapped the rim a week later and was off on my way. they handled it with respect and earned a customer for life. it could have been their machine that scratched the lip and it was the luck of the draw, or just someone being lazy, either way the outcome was awesome and handled properly.
