Default Replacing wheels studs in the NW
anyone know any shops that could do it for cheap? i want to run 8mm spacers but don't want to run them with stock studs

I don't blame you for wanting to have it done somewhere. I swapped all my studs and it was a definite pita.

VTR in Everet gave me 20 new studs + install for somewhere around 140$. pain in the ***, well worth it

Did your spacers come with new studs? I know the H & R kits do. Make sure and specify to whoever works on it.

I like to install things myself, just can't stand people driving or touching my car. Anyone know if coilovers can be installed solo? Or do i need someone to hold the wrench while I tighten the nut?

i don't have a press to press the studs in, and $140 is not bad at all for the time it saves me in a day. it would probably take me 5-6 hrs vs 1-2 hrs...

i've put studs in a few cars before. don't need a press. i'll do it for you but it'll have to be probably the 7th or 8th cause i'm very busy halloween weekend.
