i don't think its too cheap... its a great discounted price, but not to the point where i'd be wondering if there is anything wrong with it...

Not really. They're totally different kits. Look at the part #... I googled the kit that they have listed at $5999 and found it at another place for $5179.. minus the FMIC, but they don't tell you what they are giving you with their $5999 kit either, just an intercooler.

Sounds like they overbought old kits, the recession bit them in the *** and now they're trying to clean out some inventory to stay in business.
Notice the prices on all the newer kits aren't listed :/

the price on a website and the price you can get if you talk to the vendor are usually (not always) significantly different.

i've seen prices similar to these before from other vendors to, i remember forged was clearing house a year or 2 ago, was also offering a similar price. like seymore said, they're prolly trying to clear out inventory...
