I bought my nismo at Nissan of the Eastside, not knowing of their poor reputation, I'm not from the seattle area. Needless to say, if I had gone back up there after the **** they pulled on me I would be in jail. Those M**** fokkers are pieces of shiet starting with Ron Rudd = waste of skin weasel.

I've heard terrible things about their Eastside's service department at my work, which is unfortunate since I live and work in Redmond. (I had to move back up here because of work...)

I used to go to Falore Nissan in Sunnyvale, CA which was decent (other than the shabbiness of the building) and had a good rep.

I concur on the terrible service department. I brought my 08 in to have a rattle in the map light fixed. I got the car back with the same rattle, gouge marks all over the map light plastic, and a broken driver side sun visor clip. The visor was actually hanging down by an extra half inch by the clip.

I also had an issue with an axle nut that was loose upon delivery of the car (bought it from Nissan of the Eastside). It seemed like brake judder, but it even happened after the pads would've heated up and I didn't feel any feedback from the pedal--the whole car shook. I took it in twice for this and they kept saying it was the Brembo brakes. I got fed up and took it to Campbell Nelson in Edmonds, and they promptly told me it was a loose axle nut.

I guess the service department treats you like crap if you bought your car at invoice. The computer must read: "Screw this person if you can."

BTW, I'm too lazy to read the original service report and see if it was truly an "axle nut" that was loose. So don't crucify me if it was actually a nut on another part of the wheel assembly.

Back from a BS 90 day ban. Back on topic though, I was just there today to attempt to trade in my PPW 03 Track. Evergreen Ford offered me 12.5 and I said no. Eastside said they would give me 10 max. Ha, no. After just picking up a supercharged RSX-S for the wife from them I figured they would be more reasonable than that. Debating if I want to waste my time trying to get them to rectify the oil smudge on my windows from the window motors or my worn seat bolster or my shitty headlights by citing the TSB's.

seems like the eastside nissan pride has worked its way on to infiniti of kirkland. my dad took his G35 in for an oil change and called me to ask if it was ok that he approved a bunch of work. keep in mind his last service was a 30k service to wich they claim they have no record of. They sold him a trans service and an engine air filter and cabin air filter... they also attempted to sell him a diff service and coolant flush... im pretty sure all of this is covered by a 30k service except the cabin filter? but that depends on the shop. i am going to take in the previous receipts to them tomorrow and beat some as$

Infinity of kirkland is a joke too. Took my moms G coupe in there twice to get a rattle fixed under warrantee and the dumb monkeys got grease everywhere on the interior and never fixed the rattle. Went back again and they asked my mom to ride with them to point it out. such a joke ride in the damn thing for more than a mile is all it takes. fk'em. Nissan dealerships are all trash, im happy to support 100% small biz american mechanics anyway.

Getting your car serviced at a dealer is a joke. Personally, I don't let anyone touch my cars except for the tire shop. And even then it's just for mounting and I do my own alignments because they never get it right. Not everyone has mechanical skills but at least take your car to an independent shop that takes pride in their work.
