car nutz... most higher end dealers will do 3m clear bra or ...."chip protect" as they call it at lexus... depending on where you go its pretty simple... the only though part is black car and lines... soo you would have to decide where you want it to start and end and accept the fact that there will be a line that looks like a piece of hair on your car

i dont think that clear coat will be quite enough gonna look into it tho, was drifting out in buckley and caught a little gravel and it put a couple goodsize 1/4 inch chips in the rear of my sideskirt why i was thinking something over them. you hav an idea on the clear coat tho outa curiosity?

you could do a few layers of a clear bra.... i had a clear bra on my z32...the car was red... the line was there but not seen in pictures and such.... it worked increadibly well as i took a rock right between the headlighs that actually cracked my windshield.... it damaged the clear bra and ater removing it there was no damage under it... im not saying this **** is bulletproof but it sure shocked me at how well it worked

metropolin detail in lynnwood does the clear bra stuff.

but no line.. they wrap and tuck under.

for example ther would just wrap your whole HOOD. and tuck the clear bra under the hood so no lines
