good price for a kit is 1200- 2k for a simple kit (good quality dont have to F*^k with it to much when fitting) picked up my jp type N kit for little under 1200, mounting and painting is expensive tho looken upwards of 2k pretty easily so all said in done 3-4k would be a safe estimate to tell your wife

I personally is not a fan of both but if thats what you really want you should get it. BUT, if you are budgeting this whole cost, with labor on fitting and paint will cost you quite a lot. (at least $1500-2000 unless you know someone good) Cheap job's gonna make it look really really bad... Also think about offsets of your wheels($2000+) unless you want 2 inch spacers and adjustable suspension($800+ but you might already have this?), otherwise it'll look really really bad...

For the second body kit. The problem is Z people most of the time dislike body kits that make already sexy Fairlady into an another wanna-B production car (ex. Lambo). It seems like Veilside V3 is about as far as you can go with out people "laughing" at your Z.

If you really want "different" full body kit maybe look at something like Esprit, Do-Luck(don't make them anymore but probably you can still find it), Top Secret, Fabulous, Techno First, Vertex, Stillen, Ings N-spec, C-West, Amuse or long nose like Ings stream Z or C-west Long Nose. Many of those kits' are available in fake version for about 1000 bucks I think...

These are just my humble opinion...

Well, I have a spray booth on my base, when I return- as far as fitment is concerned, I also have a damn good auto hobby shop on base, maybe I can convince one of you who has done it before with beer and/or hookers to help me out with fitting it. I'm not too shabby with a spray gun, and being that it only costs 25 dollars a day to rent to booth... I'll be able to just paint the entire car at the same time... vice just pieces, Shelia needs a fresh coat anyway...

And, thank you for the input, that helps!

Those "sites" Autoinfantry and Shine are vendors here.... You don't need to go to their site. It's cheaper to buy kits from those venders via forums then their actual website.

I get what you're trying to say that you see everyone with those kits and such, but honestly here locally you wont see many of those kits on 350z's. Yeah you'll see a bunch on the forums, but not locally. You don't have to get a body kit with matching sides and rear. You can make your own body kit too (i.e. Amuse front end, Central 20 sides, INGS or Vertex Rear), making up your own body sometimes looks a lot better. Don't be a ricer, get a kit that looks good. Something that suits the car.

Eric, I said... hookers and/OR beer...

But anyway, you know you just want to drive up to use the spray booth. Yeah, I will definitely provide beer/drink of choice for the help.

Right, but I don't skimp so if I get the help- and lets say you like whiskey, I will get you a bottle of something good, like bookers or something like that. Just saying...

no you said beer and/or hookers, you heard me I want the hookers!

And I want rum!

^^ Oh and that kit is a step in the right direction, I believe it may be a Vertex knock off which is a very nice looking kit imo.

Well, I would provide a hooker, but to be honest... I don't think there are any up in Oak Harbor... I mean, aside from the Whidbey Whales (and I don't think you want to boink Shamoo).

I like that kit, a lot!

Is that a reputable website to buy from?

hate to be negative but feel like you should shy away from anything by extreme dimensions. I would hate for you to feel like you are getting a good deal on a kit then have to invest a lot of money just to make it fit.

That guy can sue the crap out of that company...

I like the "intense power" one that you linked, I might end up with that one... I also like the fact that it removes the badges from the car... I don't like to freely advertise company's that don't pay me for it.

That's my 2 cents.
