I'm trying to pick up some coilovers asap. Wanting to spend about $700... maybe more. This is for a street only Z. Would love to do a local deal. Also willing to swap out my stock suspension if someone is going down that route.

 

For about $950 you can get brand new coilovers.

 

You can indeed get a very reasonable set of coilovers for less than a grand.

 

just over a grand stance makes some good ones

 

I am aware that new coilovers aren't that much more. I am looking for a deal on used coilovers though.

 

Used Koni's and good springs are better than cheap used coilovers.
