I just got a pioneer avh-5700 dvd with a 6.5 flip up screen. My problem is that it blocks the nav. I was wondering if there is a way to installin it in the lower part of the kit so it can clear the nav screen. I called cartoys and they said no it is what it is. No help there. I got an 05. any help will be much appreciated thanks!

 

if you've got a single DIN head unit with the black plastic cubby hole below it, i don't see why you couldn't switch the position of the two and have the cubby on top. when i installed my deck i though about switching them, but ended up doing it normally. cartoys probably doesn't want to take it apart and do it correctly cause they're lazy. make them do it anyways. use the magic words: customer satisfaction.
