I done it.....lower the air pressure in the rear tires.

I got stuck on South Hill during that last crazy snow we had in '08....got spotted by DjSlim while I waited for traffic to die out. I backed down the hill again and let the air out of the rear tires and drove home no problemo.

It can be done.....don't be scurred.

You know there is no predicting the weather around here more than a day or two out, If it is a white wash in Paradise (day or so before) then I have a backup route around Green River which is a fun cruise, if much much shorter but at least we can all ensure no one goes into the ditch...well at least do to weather

Ok gang, here's the news:

Route 410 is closed due to snow. I checked with the Park Service today and they confirmed that 410 to Paradise is not open.

SO

Plan B is now in effect!

Meeting at Supermall as we planned, the route however is going to be a more local/shorter/warmer/snowless-er affair.

Route will be Green River Road in Kent to Kent Langley through Rodondo Beach to Dash Point Road! This will give us about a 40-45 minutes of fun (if not super fast) roads ending us up in Fife. From there, we can make our way to some lunch in Federal Way (I'm thinkin the Rock...Drew, you are REQUIRED to order pizza).

This will be a nice alternative with a decent run of twisties for those looking to drive and a great chance to meet more of the PNW VQ crew! Seems we just waited too long, but rest assured, this is the first of MANY regular runs for us

Hit me up if you have questions before the morning, otherwise I'll see you all there!
