Hey guys,

I have a small dent in my hood and a slightly larger dent in my door. Plus some jerk decided to cey my door a few months back and I'd like to get it fixed. The dents are very minor, If I didnt know they were there I probibly wouldn't notice but I do so they annoy me.

Unfortunately the key mark on the door is throught the paint, so it will need do be painted. Not sure if they will have to do the whole door or just the damaged area.


I am hoping someone here can reccomend a shop that isnt too expensive.

yes, good question but I'm from portland so answer his question (in regards to shop from seatle)and if anyone from portland knows of a shop that does good body work and also knows how to prep and paint carbon fiber let me know. thanx and sorry about using ur thread Godspeed!

 

aldercrest in lynnwood and bel-red in Everett have both been great. I can't say they'd be cheap, but paint work is one of those get what you pay for sort of deals. ask them both for a quote. typically you can't just repaint an area that is damaged, have to respray the entire panel and sometimes blend it into others depending on the extent.

most dent repair places also do paint. I tried on my silver lexus sedan it turned out GREAT! cost $60 for the dent and a scrape~
