Talk about the duldrums of driving in the rain, traffic, and darkness of the PacNW.....

Might be kind of fun to have those of you who can make it join up with the S2K car club on Tuesday nights......at the Aztecca in Bellevue @ 6:30.......

All you can eat tacos...$4.00......in the bar.

Would be fun to swap a few stories.....hear about how the Z performs.

 

So what's the S2K club about? I mean... if any of us 350Z guys showed up would we be welcomed by the rest of your club too? Just wondering cuz I might take you up on your offer of hospitality as long as I'm not the only Z guy amoung a group of S2K's.

 

The Club is pretty laid back........new owners show up all the time.....some continue to come most every Tuesday......others make it an occasional habit.

As far as being welcomed........well I'm sure that wouldn't be an issue.......of the 12-15 regulars that show........

2 - have Miata's
1 - has an STI
1 - has an Audi TT
The rest are "S" owners.............

The average age of the group is about mid 30's as far as the majority.......but in the mix we have some older members, as well as a number of female owners, girlfirends & wives that participate......no one is excluded.

We laugh......talk about a variety of topics........not just a bunch of gearheads bragging about their car......although some of that occurs when we have got back from a track event....auto cross.....or organized drive with the group......or with other clubs.....

But mostly just have a lot of laughs........a few drinks....and some mexican eatin.

I would say that it's a great group of people as a whole.

 

I thought we were going to meet and greet, then the people with 350Z's could eat a couple S2000's.

Actually any real car enthusiast are fun to get together with and BS with, my schedule is wierd so one of these day (after the first of the year) I'll come down for a couple beers and some snacks.

 

Would be great.......I have talked with a couple other members of our group........any of you who can make it........stop on through.

The summer "Taco Tuesdays" are the best though.........we all went for a few spur of the moment late night drives......found some windy roads.....

Had a little fun with them.......the more the merrier........

Besides if the 350Z group started showing up........sooner or later the Azteca would look like a car show on Tuesday evenings

This coming Tuesday we should have a good sized group......seems like a good something to do with the weather being kind of dull........

Just to make sure.......the Azteca that we meet at is the one just off of the "520"...and..."148th"

Hey S2000_4U,

Did you guys have a meeting yesterday? If so, did any Z guys show up? Just wondering.

 

I had to work, or I could have shown up. Are Azteca tacos still "watertacos?" We used to joke about them because every time you took a bite it seemed like a gallon of water would pour out the back, and you ended up with a plate with an inch of water in it.

 

Surprisingly enough...........there has been a large group every Tuesday evening through the holidays........Have not seen any "Z guys" yet but we're still lookin.........

As far as tomorrow goes........we are still planning on meeting........but the snow should make things fun........we'll see how many show up.......

Probably quite a few but not drivin their "S2000"
