FS: 2003 LeMans Track 20k miles
[ S O L D ]
Thus, I am asking $16,000 for it.

Unfortunately a little curb rash on one of the rear wheels. All other wheels do not have curb rash.

This is a door ding...it did not chip the paint.

Wow! Can't believe your selling your baby. 16k? I wouldn't take less then 17k. 2000 mies/ year, this will be one of the lowest miles Z out there for sure.
Bump for a great car and seller. This Z was the first 350z I saw in person and got to sit in. 2 years later I was in a position to buy my own.
Good luck with the sale Nate. What are your future plans?

Hey Ben, thanks for the encouragement.
I can't believe I am contemplating selling it either.
I held on to the car throughout the recession and my layoff, and now, that I came through, I am thinking of selling it.
There are a couple of reasons I am selling it. First of all, I have lost about 55% in my property here and I have negative equity in the house. The downpayment I put into this house is wiped out. Anything I had saved earlier in my career was wiped out during my layoff. Purchasing a house in Portland was out of my league in 2006 when I purchased this townhouse in the suburbs. Now, I can afford to live in Portland proper, but don't have anything for a downpayment. Therefore, I am looking for assets that I can liquidate so I can get into the market before it goes beyond my reach again.
Secondly, I have a business opportunity that involves purchasing an airplane and leasing it back to a flight school owned by a friend. Purchasing an airplane is similar to a house purchase and I need a big lump of cash to put down on a loan.
If I keep the car, I know I would be tempted to eventually do the build and that's another $6k to $8k I reaaaallly should not be spending on a 10 year old car. I suppose that's something I am finally realizing in my 30s. If I were still in my 20s....yeah, I still forge on with the TT build.

Very nice car. I also have a 2003 with very low mileage------22,000 to be exact. I've owned it since July 2003 and it is obviously a garage queen. It's good to see another beautiful Z.
