ummm no have to sign a 2 year contract. if you buy it at my store with a 2 year contract, its 500 plus taxes so your going to pay almost what im selling it for without the bluetooth headset.

really where? its still a cingular exclusive for 100 days on launch. cingular has a contract with motorola, so if motorola broke that contract they would be sued. I do work for cingular. Not trying to be a dick but if your going to try and ruin my fs post atleast back it up with some proof. plus there is no way they would give a phone like that for free, motorola sells it for too much, tmobile would loose money.

I am not trying to mess up you thread but if you go the the cell phone store next to "Di Vang 3" coffee shop locate at the corner of Brookhurst and Wesminter down in Orange County. They have the offer free phone with T-mobile contract. Keep in mind, this phone is world phone which mean you can use with any network. Phone without activation is about $350. Check out for yourself.

and for many local norca, a store in downtow offer this phone with new activation for about $200. Check on craigslist.
