My car (G35 Coupe) will soon be out of the shop and I'd be interested in getting an alarm.

please let me know what alarm you are using and if you'd recommend that one or something else.

I drive a 6MT, and would also like remote start.

do you also install hood locks? meaning that even if someone could get into my car, they wouldn't be able to pop the hood to get to the battery.

I would like to know how long the install will take.

electric hoodlock? not a really reliable thing, say a dead battery?
i would recommend relocating the hood release or a backup battery.
prices will depend on what options you add
650 is the starting for all the features i stated for the 350z.
