Someone for Christmas bought me the front plate holder for the tow hook from StrictlyZ. When I opened the package I noticed one of the screws was missing. I called them near the end of December and left a message, there voice recording stated that they would reopen on Jan 3rd. I also sent them an email. Now it's the 5th and I still don't have a response. I got a fix it ticket and my court date is on the 6th so I was trying to get this resolved before then. I just need the one screw! I realize I could probably get some new ones somewhere next to nothing but I guess I want what I paid for.
