There is a shop that's going to open with a APS Dynamometer in just a few weeks. This APS dynamometer is the most accurate method to measure rear wheel power output currently available. It uses magnetic resistance to load the resistance. This is a constant load non variable, unlike water brake dyno's. You can change the tire pressure and measure the power difference!
The Dyno will have the program for the 350Z.

Additionaly this will be the only dynamometer of it's kind in the state of California. Pretty soon you guys will be able to ultra tune your 350Z like no other Z in the state can be. This will be especially beneficail to you FI guys as you can emagine.

There is a lot more to know about it but at this point you should learn about it from the expert.

Just thought you guys would like to know before you dump your cash into another dyna jet. Just a few more weeks.

I would not recommend taking train up there during such stormy weather we had lately. Amtrak had a derailment this past weekend up in Truckee. With the way Jack drives, I don't know what's the best way for you to get up there, j/k .

wow did u guys just ***** my thread, damn... hahaha, well, everyone is invited to come, and its not really a free dyno, more of a raffle type, i was chosen for the raffle what luck, i suppose... and note gambling on someone's dyno output is illegal if you get caught by proper authority. lol . well this will be my last post for the week. I wont be there but my car will be there. its a 04' black enthusiast 6-speed, hopefully he gets my nos and custom 4 inch intake in by than. he's currently working on a hybrid k24block/k20head rsx and a turbo rsx last i've heard. and yes about the aps dynameter.... i want to do some research on how well if performs. well i hope some of you guys can make it and meet some of the car enthusiasts that will be there... in october over 400 people were at the small event, now higher expectations. and to identify my car it has decals from project ride and racetune. and hopefully jic soon......

I'm sorry! It's not a APS dyno. They don't even make one. I must have had twin turbo's on the brain.
But it is built by an Australian company.

whoa thats aite man, its cool, mistakes happen, and also, you guys might want to see my 350z... it should be sporting a 4 inch intake and should be dyno'd. it should be tig welded, but i might be wrong, but if you come along, just stop by and have fun with the folks out there....
