Don't know if they are autherized for warranty work, but the Z cargarage in San Jose is a fine shop. Talk to Rob Fuller.

Don't take it to Serramonte Nissan for any work, if you can at all avoid it. It really is a battle to get the Nissan service depts. to actually know and carry out the TSB that have been issued. Amazing, I had to take my car in yesterday to get the front seat replaced (TSB on fabric seats) and to get the driver door window modulator replaced. The service dept. doesn 't bother to call me to let me know my car is done, nor do they even bother to explain to me that they had to order parts and it is all covered under warranty, and they will call me back next week when the parts arrived. Instead I had to track down the service manager and try and wrestle some basic info out of him.

tnkstoyco,

Wow! That shop looks great! I'll be taking my Z there for all work!

zzz350,

That is ecactly the stuff I don't want to deal with. I have never had any good experience with ANY dealerships, not just Nissan.

I was out in SJ last summer, went to visit GodZilla at his shop and Rob's shop is next door to him. What I saw of the place it is great. Met Rob and some of the staff they are all good people. Just wish they weren't so far away from Arkansas.
Yeah well tell Rob, Steve from Arkansas recomended his place. He'll get a kick out of that.

Yup. ZCG is the place to go ! I was in the same situation as you. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I do all my work through them & have become a strong supporter of their shop. Rob & the guys from ZCG are really cool guys & they'll definitely know how to take care of you.
