Default ClubZ Track Day @ Thunderhill, June 28th

The next ClubZ.org track day has been announced:

Hello Club Z and friends!

Registration is NOW OPEN for our Tuesday, June 28th High Performance Driving Event at Thunderhill Park. The event will include a banquet dinner the night before the event for registered participants. See the event page for details (link below). Our events are structured to provide a safe environment, good instruction, tons of track time, and the lowest possible price! This event promises to build on our past successes and be a fun event for all! If you've never brought your Z to the track to see what it can do, you are missing out on a great experience. You can even invite your friends as ALL MAKES AND MODELS ARE WELCOME.

The folks at Z Car Garage have signed on again to sponsor technical inspections for Club Z Track events. You are able to have your car inspected 1-10 days before the event at their San Jose location by appointment only. Please have your techlist ready when you go. Those that know the hectic couple of hours before the first on-track session will appreciate getting this done ahead of time. Z's are especially encouraged to check out the impressive shop facilities and meet with the owner and avid track hound, Rob Fuller.

For all the info and to sign up, visit the event web page:
http://www.clubz.org/track/062805.html

Early bird pricing of $220 ends 1 month before the event!! (5/28/05, based on date of payment) Sign up now to save $25! Registration slots can only be held for 3 days without payment.

Please spread the word to your friends and family to help make this event a continued success!

For any questions, we can be reached at Track@clubz.org
Z-ya at the track and enjoy the ride!!

damn Jason, you're an instructor now? Sweet!!
I think I'm gonna sign up for C class this time. Do you know if they're still doing 3 groups or only two this time?

They'll probably start with 3 but may combine A & B depending on attendance. Last time there were so few people that they put A & B together. We had a session every 30 minutes

I was going to tell you to have your brother sign up but I see he is already one step ahead of me.

If there is anyone who is thinking about going and has questions please feel free to PM me.

Bruce, this is the trackday thread. I think you got it confused with the Golden Flower thread.

Rob and I usually stay at the Golden Pheasant (I think it's the Best Western Golden Pheasant). If money is tight you can share a room with me. Just let me know.

I don't know if I'm going to make this one. I will be at thunderhill that weekend with another club and I'll probably be tracked out. I wish they could do more weekend days.
I've got a set of half used race pads (for stoptech) that anyone is welcome to try out or keep on hand as a backup set.

That sucks Dave. You should stay for a marathon extended weekend!

What kind of pads do you have?
