they use to be in fremont, i bought an intake awhile back from them..

customer service is total crap, it was a speciall order and i also got the run around

 

you have to get out of that situ. major conflict of interests. send certified letter cancelling your order.

 

well kenric said that it was shipped to the old shop address in fremont so i know it wouldnt take more then 2 days to get it from fremont to hayward/union city so this guy has no more excuses once thursday/friday comes. i don't get how these guys make business especially the main guy that loves to be an ***. perhaps i thought by their fancy little cars that they would be a good business..

EDIT: i do have the actual copy of their invoice that bride sent me and the address stated on the invoice is their "NEW" address and also on their website www.bozzperformance.com

Dood, get your money back; DEMAND for it and bring those documents! Go to Gruppe-S, they're so-so, but they don't have numerous horror stories like this one! Yikes! I also figured that their nice little cars = a nice little car shop. wrong!

 

Sorry to hear about your situations, heard of samething while back at clubrsx, just dont know how long can an shop stay in business for this long, have met the owner of the shop, stan have an G35 seem to be an cool guy , funny thing is, they move to current loctaion aobut year now, and there is no sign anywhere too be seen, maybe that sure be your first clue that something aint right bout this shop...

If they fail to return their money seek legal action. File a small claims and I can help you get that served on the proper party.
