It's kind of rare you get really, really good service anywhere; but I got some today.

I needed a racing helmet by this weekend and at the suggestion of a few my350 members I went to the Bell Motorsports website. They're located in Oakland but do most of their business via web. Anyway, I picked out my helmet and gave them a call and spoke to Bob.

I live in Monterey so I asked if I could just some pick the thing up sometime this week. It'd be a three hour roundtrip but I really needed a helmet in time for the weekend. Without missing a beat Bob says to me "Hey, I live in Cambell, why don't I just bring the helmet home with me and we can meet up sometime tomorrow? Not sure about your size? Don't worry about it, I'll just bring a medium and a large."

Needless to say, I'll be buying any future racing apparel from the folks at Bell Motorsports. It's so nice to be able to tell a story about friendly, helpful people...

Wow that's awesome. Do stop by the warehouse if you ever get the chance. The office front is small but you go past this curtain and the whole place just opens up! Rows and rows of gear everywhere.
